Tomorrowland Jelly
Sterling and fine (.999) silver wire wrapped pendant featuring a green striped agate stone, accompanied by a green tourmaline faceted gem held in a hand-crafted, soldered setting. The inspiration for this piece came from the main gemstone. The striations reminded me of a jellyfish, but also of a spaceship reminiscent of the one in Close Encounters of the Third Kind, or those at the 1969 World's Fair. I actually held onto this stone for quite a while until I had the skills needed for the vision. I hope you like the result, one that I consider to be true wearable art.
The pendant measures 7" X 1.875” and includes a 28” sterling chain.
